_Easy Does It Fitness for Fun, Health, and Friendships
Integrative Fitness Nursing is now offering "Easy Does It Fitness" classes for men and women. We integrate strength training, flexibility, and restorative principles with a lot of fun and friendships in this non-competitive class. You will also receive current information on health, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications specific to your goals. Blood pressure monitoring performed at no extra charge.
Class size is limited to no more than 6 individuals at a time to
ensure proper safety and instruction. Our studio is sparkling clean and air-conditioned to maximize your comfort as well as your workouts. We have plenty of parking for your convenience.

"Easy Does It Fitness" is perfect for anyone who has been inactive or has limited mobility and wants to get stronger, more flexible, or improve their coordination. It's also great for people who want to lose weight or manage conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, post-surgical, or undergoing cancer treatment.
