2. State of the art techniques that produce restoration and transformation in your body
3. Current updated information on health, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications specific to your goals
4. Assessment and monitoring during exercise to ensure your well being
5. Ongoing encouragement and inspiration to attain the results you want

Fitness Nurse 45 minute Training Sessions:
*  All session include a minimum of 30 minutes time-efficient body transformation exercises personalized for your needs and 15 minutes of nutrition/lifestyle education.  Group fitness classes may be incorporated for your company!

 Discounted rates for Partner Training sessions (45minutes)
(2 people):
Single session ($120 per session for 2 people)
Packages of 10 or more sessions: ($90 per session for 2 people)

Group Training (3 or more):
Offered at discounted rates. Rates vary depending on the location and number of participants.
